Balsamiq Mockups Giveaway

Sometimes there is a need for really good software tools to help visualize a concept. Balsamiq Mockups is easily one of the best wire framing and conceptual drawing tools available. Equipped with a vast UI Library that includes controls for websites, iPhone screens, and software user interfaces, it’s a must have for those who want to plan and design with maximum benefit and minimum cost.
Now, for the good news....
Balsamiq has allowed me to give away a copy of Mockups to one lucky individual. All you have to do get in on the action is:
1) Follow me on Twitter (@compoundj)
2) Leave a comment below with your Twitter username
3) Tell me how your life can be easier with Mockups
The winner will be announced @ 11:59 p.m. EST on May 22nd, 2009. Feel free to retweet and download the trial version of Mockups so you can get some practice in. You may be surprised what you are able to do with it. Good Luck!
Update: Congratulations to @sheatsb! Thanks to everyone that participated in this giveaway. Stay tuned for prizes and discussions coming up soon...

Hey, great timing! Iäm holding a presentation on Axure at my company next week. Would be awesome to have Mockups to compare with. I'm also thinking about comparing with iRise for example. Have any tips there?
Btw, my Twitter name is @Zece.
Hey, I've been looking for a tool to do some quick wireframes. I'd love a copy to use. My company uses Confluence (wiki) and since I hear Balsamiq has plugin integration with Confluence, I would love to do a few comps and sell the idea to my team.
Thanks!

Hey John, I'd love to check out Balsamiq, looks like just what I need here at work. @johnmcnicholas
John,
I'll go for the sympathy vote. :) Just starting in design consultation and I need help building a tool set.
Happy to have been following you for a few weeks now.
Phillip @designoutloud
It's always good to have some tool alternatives to Visio ;))

I've been using the online version, and it's great, but sadly, I don't currently have anything left in the budget for the real thing.
Looking forward to following you! I'm @redmolly23.
Dammit Jim, I'm a programmer, not a designer. I just played with Mockup for about five minutes and I think I'm in love. Rather than scratching boxes and squiggles on an index card with a fountain pen (current design strategy), I could produce much, much better applications with Balsamiq's Markup tool on my desktop.
I'm following you, @wsmeans.
Hey, this is a tool we really need to be using. It would really simplify our process and eliminate issues and misunderstandings. Thanks for the info and opportunity.

Mockups are one of the best tools to simplify process. @amberh
Thanks for your generous and interesting offering - I look forward to seeing what your blog has to teach and share.
I am also starting in consultation and need an easy-to-use means to create mock-ups for clients and associates, and Balsamiq seems to be the right fit for the job. I'm also a pretty good cook and dancer.
Cheers!

Okay, I'll bite. I've so wanted to use prototyping but because I don't find pencil & paper workable I dive into coding way too soon. This could change my life by potentially making me way more productive! :-)
@mikeschinkel
Balsamiq makes prototyping so much easier. Plus since they're online you can easily email the mockups to your team or post them on shared storage.
@hofo
It's a useful tool as a student learning both programming and design. My right and left brains often conflict when trying to figure out how to approach interaction and design patterns, and within ten minutes of using Mockups, it felt easy and simple enough to present to designers and programmers, and it's more productive.
@sheatsb
Twitter: @beleyBalsamiq would save me so much time prototyping and wireframing (we currently build out HTML wireframes of apps). It would let us quickly throw together ideas, take them back to the team and discuss them... without investing hours and hours into an HTML skin that ends up not being used.
Thanks for the opportunity to win a license!
Great to hear of you. I'm currently researching the plethora of prototyping tools out there and am especially excited about Balsamiq. Any tool that features Comic Sans in its typeset must be special!
